theft, detention authority, handcuffing, and disarming
techniques.

In addition, officers are required to
maintain a First Aid, CPR and AED certification. Guards must
have this training within 6 months of hire; but most have
the certification when they are hired.

officers have liability insurance and are insured under the
State Workman Insurance Fund. Upon request, a verification
of insurance will be provided.
